At Erosbooth LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental component of the customer experience. This Privacy Policy details our operational practices regarding the collection, processing, and safeguarding of your personal information when you access our website or commission our DJ and Photobooth services in Boston, Massachusetts, and surrounding jurisdictions.

1. Information Acquisition

We employ a principle of data minimization, collecting only the telemetry and personal data required to execute our services and optimize system performance.

  • Account and Transaction Data: Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details required for contract execution and payment processing.
  • Event and Media Data: Venue logistics, event schedules, and the photographic and video content captured by our hardware during your contracted event.
  • System and Telemetry Data: When you access our digital properties, we automatically log device identifiers, IP addresses, browser specifications, and site interaction metrics through cookies and standard web technologies.
  • Third-Party Analytics: We utilize third-party analytics services, specifically Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze web traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and process telemetry data. For more information on how Google uses this data, please visit Google’s Privacy & Terms. • Analyzing system telemetry to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Fulfilling regulatory, compliance, and legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Erosbooth LLC does not sell customer data. Personal information is disclosed solely under the following parameters:

  • Infrastructure Partners: We share necessary data with vetted third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting infrastructure) required to operate our business. These partners are bound by strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: We will disclose data when legally mandated by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the proprietary rights and safety of Erosbooth LLC, our personnel, or the public.
  • Corporate Restructuring: In the event of an acquisition, merger, or asset transfer, customer data remains subject to the privacy commitments outlined in this policy until assumed by the successor entity.

4. Event Media, Attendee Consent, and Minors

Photobooth hardware systematically captures the likeness of individuals operating the equipment. The client entering into the service agreement with Erosbooth LLC assumes full liability and responsibility for securing any necessary legal consent from event attendees regarding the capture, storage, and operational use of their image and video data.

For events prominently featuring minors, including but not limited to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet Sixteens, birthdays and school functions, the contracting client explicitly assumes responsibility for providing or securing authorized parental or guardian consent for the capture and processing of media featuring underage attendees.

We maintain robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards engineered to secure your personal information in accordance with Massachusetts data security regulations (201 CMR 17.00). While we mandate strict security protocols, no digital transmission or storage system is entirely infallible.

Data is retained on our servers only for the lifecycle required to fulfill the operational purposes outlined in this policy, resolve disputes, or comply with statutory retention mandates.
